Ferrari does not share with New Lancia Stratos
The new Lancia Stratos surprised everyone. Nobody expected the manufacturer now known for producing rebadged Chrysler 300s to reproduce its legendary wedge-shaped Group B rally rocket Stratos. The one off, commissioned by Italian styling house Pininfarina for former racing driver and collector Michael Stoscheck using a Ferrari F430 chassis and engine, was supposed to be just that—a one off. Within days of its unveiling, Pininfarina received over 40 commitments from customers who wanted a new Stratos to call their own and had decided on producing a limited run.
